Dana was on the same page and after class she said I can't be next to you. We started giggling again. Funny thing, I had kind of a miserable Tuesday so maybe I needed the laugh. No one really gave us dirty looks either. I guess regular yoga sometimes turns into laughing yoga if you're in a group.

ReplyDeleteLara is one of my favorite instructors. I find myself going back to this workout as well as her Pilates workout over and over. This DVD is excellent. The yoga poses are very relaxing and thorough. The Yoga Burn section is challenging and alot of fun. The 10 minute sections make them easy to fit in before bed or after a run. Excellent!!
