Month-End Review, February

I feel like I had a pretty good month exercise-wise. I've gained two pounds but my clothes are loose.

I was unbelievably moved by something that post-surgery Miggy from The Biggest Loser said on episode six:

I'm going to give it all that I have then I'm gonna give it all that I don't have.

Whenever I find extra time to exercise, I'm going to do it and I'll continue to monitor my food intake as well.

Here's how I exercised this month:


10 Minute Solution: Tone Trouble Zones! (Stretching), 9 x's

Basic Yoga Workout for Dummies, Intermediate Level, 1 x

Cardio and Muscle Class, 4 x's

Muscle Works Class, 1 x

Rock Climbing, 7 x's

StairMaster, 3 x's

Step Class, 1 x

Swimming, 4 x's

Treadmill (with bouts of jogging), 5 x's

Walking in Lazy River, 2 x's

Walking Outdoors, 1 x

  1. I haven't exercised at all in two weeks. Dang. The plan to to get back on track when things calm down and I'm not traveling so much.
