I hardly set foot inside of the gym but I worked it out – it being my body. ;)
My water consumption went down somewhat; I got in 193.5 cups of water -- 56 less than last month but c'est la vie.
How did you all fare this month on the fitness front? Is there an exercise or DVD that rocks your boat and that you regularly look forward to facing?

ReplyDeleteTJ,
ReplyDeleteI keep joking with folks that it will be time to queue the holiday music before we know it.
Thanks. I had fun working out -- most of the time anyway. :)
Sweet! Look at all that biking you've been doing! I had no idea you've been out so much! Another great month for you 'Drea. Congrats!
ReplyDeleteDiane,
ReplyDeleteYeah, I got in more bicycling than anything else. :) I immediately hit the road once I got the bike.
I'm looking forward to bicycling today -- if the weather cooperates...
That's amazing all that biking you did! I just started biking more these past two weeks and now I probably need a new bike!
ReplyDeleteI had a good month except my knee is still bothering me.
Wow!! You are a rock star!! I'm so impressed! This month has been tough. With travel and health scares, this has been an off month for me. Hockey is starting back up tomorrow (2 games), but I am skipping my long run this week for 1/2 marathon training. I'm having some foot pain. I'll do 10 miles next week and the following week is the race! I am excited to get back in a groove of doing what I have time for. :)
ReplyDelete@Diane Fit to the Finish,
ReplyDeleteSo you've worn your bike out, hunh? ;)
I didn't know about your knee. I hope that it feels better soon.
@Nicole, RD,
When I saw rock star, it made me think about Crazy Tracy, an instructor at one of Y's around here. I miss her and thanks for the comp.
I've never played hockey before but it looks like fun -- except for when the fights break out. You don't fight do you? Just kidding. :)
Good luck with your race preparations and I hope that the foot pain goes away.
I love how you are mixin' it up with your workouts. It's very inspiring. I think that so many of us get really bored - I know I do! - doing the same damn thing every day. All of this stuff you talk about on here is very new to me! I'm excited to look into it! Thanks! :)
ReplyDelete@Farty Girl,
ReplyDeleteI love mixing it up. :) I hope that you'll find something on the list that you like...
