When I arrived home from work, I felt so cold -- perfect circumstances for Hot Yoga but I also felt lethargic. Did I have the stamina to make it through 26 yoga poses done twice in a room that would be around 100 degrees? I looked at the poses and just looking at them wore me out.

I went swimming and I'm glad that I did. Now, if I can just figure out what I'm going to do tomorrow...
And can't get this song out of my head...
Hot yoga! I'm trying to convince my husband to try it with me. It's super pricey here, so it wouldn't be sustainable over the long run, but a class here and there? It might be fun!
