    Erin Gudeux from Consumer Reports Health Blog had me chuckling when she said that she is more likely to climb Mt. Everest than get in the newly recommended 60 minutes of exercise for women over 40. Well, duh, Erin; you'd have to be in great shape to climb Mt. Everest. So, go ahead and get in that 60...

    Disclosure: I received the following videos without charge: 10 Minute Solution: 5 Day Get Fit Mix, Belly, Butt & Thigh Blasters! KnockOut Body! and Personal Training with Jackie.

    1. Wow 'Drea. I hope you have a great feeling of accomplishment when you look at all you've done the past month. What a great exercise it is just to list everything and look at it in solid form. I should do this for myself as well, just to show myself that I am not as lazy as I think I am sometimes. GREAT WORK!! Keep up the good fight (against cellulite)!

    3. @midlife_swimmer,

      Thanks. The water drinking has almost become second nature. Hopefully, I can keep it up.

      @gingersnapper & @Diane Fit to the Finish,

      Thanks for the back up and support.

      @Diane,

      You have such a way of framing things. Thanks. I think you should totally do a month-end review or week-end review. Also, I like your slogan about keeping up the fight.
