Month-End Review, March

    I'm most proud of the fact that I set out to drink eight glasses of a water a day and got in a total of 249.5 cups during the month of March.

    Erin Gudeux from Consumer Reports Health Blog had me chuckling when she said that she is more likely to climb Mt. Everest than get in the newly recommended 60 minutes of exercise for women over 40. Well, duh, Erin; you'd have to be in great shape to climb Mt. Everest. So, go ahead and get in that 60...

    2. Wow 'Drea. I hope you have a great feeling of accomplishment when you look at all you've done the past month. What a great exercise it is just to list everything and look at it in solid form. I should do this for myself as well, just to show myself that I am not as lazy as I think I am sometimes. GREAT WORK!! Keep up the good fight (against cellulite)!
