Woke up softly, took care of my a.m. needs then headed to the riverfront to meet with Alison. A bicycle ride is less arduous when you're taking on the hills with someone else.
The St. Louis Riverfront Trail is beautiful and beastly and I haven't tired of it yet. The a.m. weather was stellar with a gentle little breeze for emphasis. My favorite rider to witness was a young man in an orange shirt. He had the hugest smile on his face and I got to see it twice. He was so happy...
