Got ready for yoga in 10 minutes which made for a rough practice session. As we practiced, I thought about Ann Pizer, the yoga journalist for About.com. She once tweeted What is your favorite pose? At the time, didn't have an answer but I realized this a.m. that I really enjoy warrior two or as Gloria says vira (...bhadrasana) two, half moon and fish poses. My favorite sequence, hands-down, is the earth salutation...

I've only run this month, and maybe a couple other mediocre workouts. That's OK, I'm still adapting to running. But I have bigger plans for July...
