At the End of the Day

Monday and Wednesday are fast becoming my favorite days seeing that I usually head to the pool then. What a nice reward to swim at the end of the day. I got in 20 laps and there is some progress with the front crawl. I believe that I'm more in tune with the breathing aspect of it all.

There were all boys taking swimming lessons today and their skills are developing nicely. Nick, who is emerging as my favorite lifeguard, has a lot of patience for the kiddos. The longer I'm around Nick the more I like him and I cannot say the same for every person that I have known.

The sun felt great today on the inside and out.
